Uncle Roger's flipped house in St. Cloud sold for over a half million dollars, and now the first house on the right on Clay Whaley (highlighted) leading to Wagon Court is up for sale for two million.
….not just "cow towns" anymore, huh?

The lot was sold by one of the Whaley's to an outsider in 2003 for $260,000. The home was built in 2008 with a 1.1 million dollar mortgage
