HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

This was pretty scary at 6am yesterday: my neighbor's yorkie rushed into our house while I was picking up our Sunday newspaper.
He has hygiene, dental and behavioral issues (plus territorial issues, as demonstrated).
I sent him back home...
