Something Old Is New

We had occasion to visit an area just south of downtown last week - an area we hadn't traveled through in several years. A pleasant surprise awaited us in the form of a business that had survived for decades and was obviously prospering in the new century. Opened in 1973 as Momm's Produce and Popp's Meats, the name was changed to Freshfields Farm in 2008, and a new building was constructed in the same location.
That's a 1945 John Deere tractor on display out front....
.
Brownbird - I bought a cart full of greens for the Iguanas (and dinner for us =:o) - December 3rd
