Going Vertical

The stuccoed concrete block wall bordering the street side of the retention pond adjoining our back yard has had a noticeable list of recent, so the County contracted to have it repaired (poor footer?). First, temporary plates were bolted on near ground level, and bottle jacks were used to level the structure. Precast concrete support posts were added, and a skilled workman with an affinity for "Plumber Style" dress (3rd photo down) poured concrete around the dug-in posts.
Are they finished? Stay tuned.
