"Wide Loads"? "No Passing Zone"? - Amusing titles, yes, but I also can't help but feel a certain empathy for folks that are so morbidly obese before middle age that they can no longer walk comfortably behind a shopping cart. Images such as the one above always remind me of the folks in the large spaceship in the Pixar movie WALL-E.....a sad scenario.
