Through light rain, we packed up Great Grandma and traveled across town yesterday to visit her Cardiologist's office for a checkup. In the future, these visits will (hopefully) become less frequent - due to the device pictured above on Grandma's bedside table. Merlin, with Grandma an arm's length away, reads the condition and operation of her heart pacemaker, transmitting this data at prearranged times directly to her Cardiologist's office: a modern wizard, for sure.
