When Nana and I held our Annual Strategy Meeting in January, we discussed what possible projects we'd be dealing with in 2011 (without unlimited resources, and with limited abilities, age-wise, and certain levels of ambition - hey, we're seniors), the one shown above had to be the most unpleasant. Decades of afternoon Florida rains had degraded/invaded portions of the western-facing exterior wall of our Florida room.
I'm dealing with the task of repair/replacement this month, ahead of the summer rains.
....but that doesn't mean I have to like it =:o)
