LOOP DE LOOP

Floating around the pool before dinner last evening, we watched as the Bell Ranger chopper above flew over our house while doing a couple of loops around Universal (then proceeding southwest to do multiple loops around Disney, according to Flight Aware)

What's hanging on the bottom? Looks like 2 items connected by a wire. Some kind of sophisticated camera system?
