"FLAT TIRE" ON THE TREADMILL

My favorite sport shoes, which I've used exclusively while exercising on the treadmill each day for the last seven years, started to disassemble yesterday morning.
I calculated that  they've "traveled" about 1400 miles on the treadmill - about the distance between Orlando and Minneapolis!
