FLORA AND FAUNA

Just a few months ago when I photographed this spot in the parking lot of our neighborhood market, there was a single remaining Muscovy duck sitting in it. At that time, Coyotes had already been spotted in the undeveloped area across the street.

I grabbed another shot yesterday - sans duck - of these colorful oversized mushrooms (guess duck droppings make good fertilizer)...
