THE HOUSE ON LAKE STREET

This is the house my grandfather built at the turn of the century 120 years ago.

My dad is pictured at the age of three in 1907 in the top photo (remember his fur coat from last week?) and three years later at six, riding his tricycle down the new wooden sidewalk.
