LOST & FOUND

Another lost WWII submarine was found recently, 1,400 down on the ocean floor off Okinawa.
An area of interest for me, I have a list of all 250 U.S. submarines that served in the Pacific Theater during this war...

I saw quite a few subs listed as "sunk" on your list and looked it up. 52 subs sunk during WW2 - I had no clue there were so many!

Wow! I would never have though this many!
For some reason I always think only the Titanic was sitting down there...
