Paul noted the unusual construction of this house on Palm Lake Circle, and I've checked in on it periodically since the lot was first cleared. The walls are a sandwich of steel framing and a composite material.
Roof sheathing started this past week, and I wouldn't be surprised if metal roofing followed...
