Remembering that I used to pay our sons 10 cents each for ones they dug up in the yard, I approached Nana with my bounty.
Nana said that she wasn't paying me one red cent for the plants, so I replanted them in a secure location (in case she has a change of heart =:o)

I believe those are palms - not palmettos...
Being retired and trying to make ends meet on a fixed income I need everything I can get. I'll be down next week with my shovel.....
Don't spoil a good thing, they're easier to dig up!
