AN ODE TO HOROLOGY

At the State Museum in Columbia last week, we spotted this watchmaker's bench from the WWII era (watchmaker and jeweler E.P. Smith, a WWI vet, worked on this bench in the '40's).
Oh yeah - forgot the Ode:

My brother Pete's a Horologist - a pretty fancy word
To think that I could match his skills (well, that would be absurd!)

A vise? Must have been rugged watches back in the day...oh, and a nice poem by the way...
