SURVIVOR

These long distance shots of the Sandhill Crane family in the preservation area adjoining Paul & Patti's yard might have turned out better (if I had remembered to bring the camera remote).
In any case, an apparently abandoned egg is highlighted in the top photo, the chick and parent nearby in the bottom photo.

I was wondering how your pictures turned out! Sunday morning they were about halfway to the house - it was hard to see the little guy in the reeds...
