INSTEAD OF PLANTING JASMINE..

Instead of planting jasmine, they're now planting houses. Ivey's Nursery, across from our subdivision and Shadow Bay Park, is now "The Reserve at Phillips Cove"...

Kevin worked there, as well as, an old girlfriend's brother. Bud, the owner, bought 5 acres elsewhere to grow trees and larger plants...
