EGG STORY - DAY 1

Moving a trailer cover anchor in the yard two weeks ago exposed these (anole, gecko, spider?) eggs. Knowing they now would never last long enough to hatch, I made a small mason jar nursery for the three.
The first egg hatched yesterday, and I placed the inch-long hatchling (an anole) on our potted ficus tree in front of the house.
