Birds of a feather, as it were: both photographed in the yard yesterday afternoon, that's a Mockingbird in the top photo - a Catbird in the bottom one. Both members of the Mockingbird family, both good mimics (the Catbird likes to make a soft mew sound, too - hence it's name) . Brownbird - April 26th
