"WAKE UP, BROTHER!"

If any of these little fellows are around my brother's house, as a pair has been in our neighborhood this month, he'll be waking up in the morning to them repeating his name ... "peter peter peter!" with their familiar call.

Yeah, I meant to include that info: It's a Tufted Titmouse (or, just "Titmouse")
