We brought some cold sensitive plants into the Florida Room this week, and I photographed one of our blooming orchids, above, with my new camera. With stereo photography, there's a "sweet spot" starting about 4-5 foot away from the photographer - anything shot closer will appear to be coming out of the stereo "frame". I've made a post-shot adjustment to the stereo shot above, but what the camera actually saw is the raw image below.
Our human "camera" - a combination of our stereo "lens" system - our eyes - and our marvelous processor - our brain - makes these adjustments flawlessly as we go about our day!
