Our next rock tumbling session started three days ago, with donated rocks from the Central Nevada High Plains area. We used a few assorted stones from other parts of the world as filler material. Power transmission is again supplied by #65 rubber bands, as the original belt on this tumbler unit was very short-lived.
We'll show the finished stones in a future post.
