When we purchased a new van a little over 11 years ago (that's it, days old, in the top picture - next to our previous van), I certainly didn't visualize it parked in almost the identical spot in our driveway over a decade later - as it was this week in the bottom photo.
Not that there's anything wrong with that: it has served us well during that time, and we're putting less than 10,000 miles a year on it presently.
