Sure, Chicken's Fine, But...



...once in a while more primal urges emerge. We'd like to thank the fine folks in Turkey, who several hundred years ago refined the Kebab concept - a practical way of cooking food over an open fire (and our "cave" ancestors for the original idea =:o).
