The stick and tape marker above, on Lake Marsha Drive, appears to show the location of a new water meter enclosure. Every time I pass by, I can't help but notice the marker's resemblance to a more famous one from the movie, The Blair Witch Project.
In spite of the title of this post, I doubt that OUC located the water line via Dowsing, or Water Witching (Ouija board?? =:o)
