Studies have shown that informational/advertising signage more than 29 degrees above your level line of sight are seldom read/processed. So it is that this balloon capture net at our local Publix escapes everyone's attention. I just happened to be nearby the floral department the other day, waiting to talk to a pharmacist, when I happened to look up. Located directly above the balloon-filling helium tank, the net manages to capture most of the lighter-than-air balloons.
