There's sometimes the misconception that clay tile roofs never leak - sorry. These gentlemen at a nearby shopping center have cordoned off a large space surrounding their work area, as they don't want any tiles falling on shoppers. Considering their complete lack of any work safety features, it's just as likely that one of them would pose a hazard to pedestrians.
