I loved the pattern on this galvanized* metal planter made in China - much higher quality work than is their usual (no surprise, really - the planter, after all, was made for IKEA). I shot a closeup of the surface pattern for yesterday's picture.
*Info for the younglings: Galvanizing process places a coating of zinc on the surface of the steel, keeping it from rusting.
