BUGS: SOME YOU SAVE, SOME...

Some bugs you save, some you don't.
.
I fished the Halloween Pennant Dragonfly out of the pool Sunday morning and placed him back on top of the nearby Crape Myrtle he often spends time on.
The captured Lubber Grasshopper nymphs will have a different fate, however - were they allowed to shed, we'd end up with 2 1/2"-3" Eastern Lubber Grasshoppers throughout the yard (and less plants)

I had a teacher at Valencia who would go out in the yard with scissors and cut them in half every day
