HUNKERING DOWN

Isaac's rain bands and heavy winds struck us yesterday, as the storm plowed through the Gulf. Having witnessed life as a resident of New Orleans (courtesy U.S. Army), we wish the Crescent City residents a safe transition though this hurricane.
