"The Hub" is an internal Disney site, accessible by password to Disney employees and contractors. My friend and neighbor contracts in catering at Disney and other local theme parks and hotels. Yesterday, caught in the transition between cable and DSL internet (he's canceled the cable internet), he came over to log on to our DSL account and access the Hub. At 12 Noon, Disney posted the open catering shifts available for the next week. Acting quickly (competition for shifts is fierce in our present economy), our neighbor secured several shifts for the following week.
If it arrived on schedule, his DSL modem would be delivered later in the day.
